This month Tom Hunt and his team are showcasing natural wines from Croatia, Slovenia and Northern Italy from their supplier Pacta Connect. You can feast on wild boar salami, asparagus, prawns and rhubarb strudel while supping on the perfectly matched regional wines and meet some of the producers, as well as take home some of Tom’s recipes.
