We strive to improve our sustainability by any means possible, as a supplier we try to use local farms and processors as much as we can but when volume is high we will always source from the UK, our client base is predominantly high end restaurants and caterers so we would like to be as knowledgeable as possible, hence getting in touch with yourselves. A number of our clients are already involved with the SRA and we would like to be able to help a number of our other clients reach their goals too, the only problem is the smaller restaurants don't always have the time or resources to check and meet the criteria. we want to help them.
