Why do they bother?

It has become common knowledge that the climate crisis is one of humanity’s greatest threats. And we don’t have any time to waste. As the IPPC reported last year, we only have a decade to reduce emissions by 50% to prevent irreversible damage to the planet. So the changes we make to our industries and lifestyles in the coming decade are crucial.
